What are the signs that I need new gutters?
If you notice visible cracks, rust, sagging, or peeling paint, if gutters are pulling away from your house, or if you see water damage or standing water around your foundation, you probably need new gutters. Just arrange a free quote, and we’ll be able to tell you more.
How often does cladding need to be replaced?
Cladding lifespan varies greatly depending on what cladding you have. Generally, you can expect cladding to last anywhere from 10 to 30 years or even longer with proper installation and maintenance. We install composite cladding, which is the most durable option on the market.
What’s a double skin roof?
A double skin roof is a type of metal roof that’s made up of 2 metal decking sheets, aligned one on top of the other. The two layers can have anything between 20cm to a few metres of space between them. The gap between the 2 layers acts as an insulator, reducing heat gain in summer and heat loss in winter. It can be a very energy-efficient roofing installation.
What’s a standing seam roof?
A standing seam roof is a series of metal panels that are locked together or mechanically seamed. This means the panels can expand and contract freely when they’re exposed to thermal changes. Standing seam roofing is becoming a popular type of metal roof, as it offers great longevity and a modern look.
